Exceptional Minds Society
Great minds think alike. Exceptional minds think differently.
A wellbeing membership for neurodivergent people and those who think differently
If your nervous system always feels switched on…
If you move between clarity and calm, to overwhelm and chaos…
If you’re tired of trying to regulate yourself in a world that doesn’t feel like it was built for your brain…
You’re in the right place.
Exceptional Minds Society is a supportive, non-judgemental wellbeing membership for neurodivergent people and those with unconventional, sensitive, intense, creative, or fast-moving minds, including (but not limited to) those who are autistic, have ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia (DCD), sensory sensitivity, and people who simply know they don’t fit the conventional mould.
This is a values-led space to learn how your mind works, regulate your nervous system, build confidence and emotional resilience, and feel steadier and more at home in yourself, all alongside others who get it.
There’s space for you to join us - being exceptional is better together
A genuinely safe, inclusive space
Exceptional Minds Society is intentionally designed to feel calm, welcoming, and safe.
This is a community grounded in:
Nervous system safety
Mutual respect and kindness
Non-judgement and curiosity
Consent, boundaries, and inclusion
People of all genders are welcome here. The culture of the space is actively held and facilitated to ensure it remains supportive, respectful, and free from dominance, pressure, or discrimination of any kind.
You don’t need a diagnosis to belong. You don’t need to be calm already. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need a willingness to show up as you are.
Hosted by someone who lives this work
I’m a proudly neurodivergent person living with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. I don’t teach this work from theory, I practise it in my own life, every day.
The tools, practices, and structures inside Exceptional Minds Society aren’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. They’re about creating supportive systems that help you feel more regulated, grounded, and able to meet life with a little more steadiness. There’s nothing about you that needs to be fixed.
This is real-life support, not perfection.
I don’t have all of the answers but I do have a lot. I’ve been training in performance and overcoming anxiety for over 20 years. I’ve trained to support those who have experienced trauma, and those who live with feelings of guilt, shame and regret. I’ve raised two neurodivergent children who are thriving as they reach adulthood, and taught hundreds of students, many of whom recognised their differences as they transitioned from school into college or university.
It was when I began coaching in this field and recognised that almost all of my clients were neurodivergent that I realised the heavy burden of guilt and shame so many of us were carrying around.
I learnt to ditch the unwelcome feelings, to feel comfortable in my body and mind, and to occasionally still my racing thoughts. It grew from there and I built a community around feeling happy and living wholehearted lives.
We embrace the inconsistency, the messy days, the energy swings, the mood dips with kindness, humour and friendship.
How the membership works
Exceptional Minds Society offers consistent rhythm, gentle structure, and community support, without pressure or overwhelm.

What the Exceptional Minds Society is (and what it isn’t)
To make sure you know what we are all about:
This is a community for you to build and protect your own wellbeing, in mind, body and spirit.
This is a space to be vulnerable, explore your own preferences and find out how you work, rest and play at your best.
This is not therapy (although Zoé can offer therapeutic coaching outside of the membership).
This is not a productivity bootcamp (but you will likely get more done with the built in accountability and supported rhythm of working in ways that work for you).
This is a supportive wellbeing space where you learn, practise, regulate, and connect - together.
