Meet your host

I’m a proudly neurodivergent person living with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, and I’m a carer for my 17 year old son who has significant learning differences and a chromosome disorder. I don’t teach this work from a distance, I practise it in my own life, every day.

I’ve had to build a business around my caring responsibilities, which will only increase as my high needs child becomes an adult. I’m also multi-passionate so I don’t want to create a business that I find boring to run.

I’ve been a learning professional teaching adults for over twenty years, and a coawellbeing professional for even longer.

I’ve built my business on combining group elements such as courses, group programmes and retreats with my one to one coaching and corporate training to create a sustainable business that provides the income, freedom and variety that I need to stay in love with what I do and how I work.

I’ve also been able to use a group programme to protect my income through periods of time when I had very limited time and energy to be available in my business.
